God of War on Neia's PSP = >:D. I am very amused by the way Kratos' weapons swish and slash.

I'm not sure if it's a good thing, but one highlight of family reunions is that you get to know yourself through other people's memories of you. I was told that as a kid, I shut myself in our bedroom when visitors came over. When they decided to drag me out, I'd be clutching a book and putting up a tantrum. Haha.

baby makopa = oldy popcorn

Dream: 8 people being targeted for murder. Much like the SAW installment. Four soon-to-be victims were stuck in my room with a dead fellytone line, while the other half was in a warehouse. In the end, the killer said, "Did I put a god in there?" and then the ambulance invaded the scene. Hm. I've never seen any of the films though.

Wolverine. The swords. Explowdy cards. Oh my.

Tsk. Elders never seem happy unless they're telling me what to do. They vehemently protest against my choices and claim it's all good for me. We all laugh afterwards. Yes, it's really funny because all I'm talking about is um shoes and posture.

Grah. There won't be any more Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. :(

Pacquiao looks like a baby seal when he smiles. No, not in a good way.

Despite the crescent-shaped mushrooms, Pampanga holds few epiphanies for me. I prefer bus rides.

YEY!

1. "Amphigorey Too" - Edward Gorey (170PhP, but what the hell)
2. "Long After Midnight" - Ray Bradbury (70PhP)
3. "The Afterlife and Other Stories" - John Updike (75PhP)
4. "Other Weapons" - Luisa Valenzuela (45PhP)

I would like to thank the corprit world and the powers that be (Book Sale clearance sale!) for making all this possible. I never thought I'd say that hahaha.

And now, I do not know what to begin reading. Oh, one of the best conundrums evar. :D

Boris Gleek has had his first meal too. Clickety-click, but not the high heels on wood kind. ^^

Well, that was odd. Hahaha.

Dear Mr. Kundera,

As much as I would like to betray so many things, I prefer giving in to vertigo. Lessons in uncovering my "I" are skipped for reasons of repetition, in order to be unbearably light. The search for fortuities is not necessary, and must be left to the imagined intensity of coded communication.

Thank you for your anti-words and veiled longings.

I volunteered for P.A.W.S. to accomplish my RELSTRI/COSCA/community service requirements. Required to volunteer, how nice. Anyway, we visited the site last Saturday and got to meet some interesting animals. There were cats and dogs too, as expected. Haha. The place wasn't that big though; most of it was for cages. Their pet cemetery was just across the one-room office, where we had to squeeze ourselves in for the orientation.

Our group assigned ourselves to help out with the Halloween Pet Event. It's in Eastwood City on the 27th of October if you want to come. All you'll probably see there are visions of animals dressed up as humans. Go figure. The quadrupeds are being lowered down to our level now. Haha. If anyone wants to go, we're supposed to sell tickets. We have to wear costumes too, and buy pumpkins because we're told to.

Yey, animals. It's a nice change, though I don't think there's a huge bucket of difference anyway. Oh well.

I like funny. :D

Lately I've been missing things. Disastrous, really. It makes me crave sweets too much, possibly resulting in fever. Yes, that's how I get when I overdose on sugar. Haha. If I could just get a granule of sugar from every person I see, then yey.

Guh. I'm starting with What-Ifs and ending them with a whack using a French baguette. Untwin-twin (Akire), I would like to play the What-If game again!

Hahaha. I finally got to finish "Good Omens" by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. Yey. It's quite a book. It made me laugh, yes, but there are some parts that I think were overly-described. Oh well. It suddenly made me want the End of the World served for breakfast.

I'm researching some stuff from the book: John Maskelyne, Cyrus Read Teed, pentagrams, Charles Fort and Chicken Marengo. Ah, Knowledge. I like you when I'm not in school and not outdoors. But sitting in a cave with a book could be okay if there's light or something. Hnehhhh Peas is Our Professioune.

Dear Mr. Murakami,

If I did dance, or knew how to, I would dance with you. In dreams. Or whatever they are. We will dancesoitallkeepsspinning, dance because the music is playing, dance because it's the only way. ♥

These are the two best gifts I hauled so far this year . Ü
Aren't they purty?
♥♥♥

My parents got me Tim Burton's "The Melancholy Death of Oyster Boy and Other Stories" as a delayed Christmas gift! It was supposed to be my birthday gift last year, but we couldn't find it anywhere. And now we finally did. *euphoria*

Then my cousin, Kuya Harry, told me to choose a book when he was shopping for gifts for my family (it pays to be a working individual). Since I took a long time picking one out, he gave me P1000 to spend and left me at National Book Store for a while. I saw how the other books cost way more than what he gave me (Eco's "The Mysterious Flame of Queen Loana went way over the limit, so did Murakami's "Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman"), and the selection of paperbacks they had wasn't so wide. I drifted off to the Sci-Fi/Fantasy section and found Ray Bradbury's "Something Wicked This Way Comes"! *bliss*

All my other presents shiver in comparison to these though, but I like them a lot anyway. The bags, the organizer, the shirts, and the lotion and perfume set would come very handy indeed.

* * *

My mom gave Neia a new haircut! She now looks like my mom. And that's absolutely the best gift I got this Christmas: another mother! Whoot.

If that was sarcasm then I'm a daisy garland-wearing, bubblegum-pop sensation. Mragh.

* * *

Anyway, everyone have a SAFE NEW YEAR. I wouldn't exactly want to force you into a Happy New Year because some people from the Populous City of the Imprudent are trigger-happy, and I wouldn't want them to use happiness as an excuse to fire a shotgun.
